Important message for bcu connect app users

From the 17th December the following rules will also apply for all members using the PIN option on the App:

  • The user's Member Number cannot be contained in PIN
  • The PIN cannot increase sequentially e.g. 1234567, 56789, 12345670
  • The PIN cannot decrease sequentially e.g. 786543, 98765, 7865430
  • The PIN cannot be all one character e.g. 444444

From the effective date, any members whose PIN currently contains their member number, sequential numbers, or all one character, will need to re-register their account to their phone. Users will need to use the 'Forget Login' button, enter their iBank details and re-register with a stronger PIN.
